Red Rhino Roofs is hiring Commercial Sales Professionals across Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines, Kansas City, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and surrounding markets.

We’re looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals who want to grow with a trusted regional exterior services company. This role is ideal for someone who can build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, developers, and commercial decision-makers.

Red Rhino Roofs is expanding its commercial roofing and exterior services division, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that growth.

Compensation

$75,000–$250,000+ per year — no cap on opportunity.

W-2 and 1099 opportunities available.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage commercial roofing and exterior opportunities
  • Build relationships with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and commercial clients
  • Inspect properties and help identify roofing and exterior solutions
  • Provide exceptional service at every stage of the sales process
  • Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion
